Complaints
Quantum Awards Limited is committed to handling all complaints fairly and transparently. We take concerns about the quality and conduct of our End-Point Assessments seriously, and we encourage learners and employers to raise any issues with us in the first instance so that we have the opportunity to resolve them.
However, we recognise that as a regulated organisation we are accountable not only to our customers but to our regulator. If you remain dissatisfied after completing Quantum Awards Limited’s full internal complaints process, you have the right to escalate your complaint directly to Ofqual. Please note that Ofqual will require a copy of Quantum Awards Limited’s final written response before they are able to consider your complaint.
Details of how to submit a complaint to Ofqual can be found here.
Malpractice and Fraud Reporting
The integrity of End-Point Assessment is fundamental — both to the value of the apprenticeship standard and to the confidence that employers, learners, and the wider public place in regulated qualifications. Quantum Awards Limited takes its responsibilities in this area extremely seriously and has robust internal procedures for identifying and managing malpractice.
If you have concerns about malpractice, qualification fraud, or any wrongdoing in connection with your End-Point Assessment — including concerns you may feel unable to raise internally — you have the right to report these directly to Ofqual at any time. This includes the right to report as a whistleblower, and you do not need to have completed any internal process before doing so.
