Quantum Awards would like to be involved with each apprentice cohort as early as possible during their apprenticeship, ideally being engaged and contracted at the time of registration of candidates.
We will provide support materials, including 20 question example multiple choice papers, and guides to EPA for both Apprentice and Employer. We can also provide a full briefing session to the Apprentices well ahead of their planned EPA date, should this be wished.
At the ‘Gateway’ stage we would expect a ‘Request for Services’ committing the employer and training provider to both final numbers of candidate apprentices to the EPA, and preferred dates and location for the EPA to take place, although we can arrange location if it is not possible to hold the EPA within your business.
We would then work with you to schedule the EPA as effectively and as efficiently as possible to meet the needs of the candidates and the employer.
