Appeals and Complaints

Quantum Awards has a robust Complaints and Appeals policy and procedure.

An appeal is for EPA candidates who believe that their overall result was incorrect or, for some reason, they felt that the EPA process in some way caused them a disadvantage and that their overall result gained at EPA may have been negatively affected.

A complaint is for any other reason where a customer, be it an Apprentice, Employer or Training Provider feels in some way that a problem occurred or that something we do could have been done better.
